you're right. If this was officially sanctions, it seems highly probable they would have an OFFICIAL forum account and make it more well known that this "contest" or whatever you want to call it was officially sanctioned.

i think that much better that written text..as of now 0.1 is $27+ preev rate .. you can pay every person minimum of $5
it depend how long the video.. if you dont have prefered script you will just need to add some dollar for them to write there own script..
