I bought, about a month ago, one S5 from http://www.antminerdistribution.com/

Everything ok but.....Yesterday I received a phone call from a guy who had called this company to get info on them before making an order and their ..... they promptly released him all my data saying to contact me for recommendations.

My privacy thrown in the toilet !!! He gave him my name, my full address, my e-mail ... everything !!!

Stay away from them! do not respect the privacy!

I wanted to let you know.

This your reply after my email of complaints

Quote

Hello ****,

Thank you for your reply. First of all we apologize for the miscommunication there was no intention to give out personal information numbers. I will ask my collegue what went wrong because you are right about this. It is okay to ask someone for a name for a recommendation but ofcourse not full information.
Although i do not know how he got your number from work because we did not gave that because we don't have that.

Again we apologize for this accident and maybe we can make it up to you in the future.

Best regards
Antminer Distribution.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

But you lose warranty in most cases as your buying from a seller who is not official.  Their name in URL looks like they are official... but it would be like any of us opening a website and selling.  Nothing official about it.Also if Bitmain ever do coupons you would not get them that seller would.

So there are some very big CON's.  I honestly would be surprised if that site had more then 1 employee.  Sounds like a line they are feeding you about colleague.

Very true DO NOT BUY FROM ANTMINERDISTRIBUTION.

Look the adress up and u see its a scam;

http://www.oozo.nl/bedrijven/breda/breda-oost/moleneind-oost/1183152/mavary-group-innovations-b-v

It shows multiple bankrupt businesses are all on the same adress.
So do not buy would me my advice for everyone reading this  Wink

I cant believe ppl are scamming the world this way and get away with it. Or they would think so, at least.

Quote
Hi ****,

We know that you are upset because of the miscommunication about your adress. But can you please stop with your negativ information on bitcointalk.org. You are accusing us of scamming which is very untrue and you are causing us image damage. You know we delivered your miner so please stop accusing us.

The bankrupt businesses on the adress is because we are situated in a business plaza where many different business are in. We do not have anything in common with those companies.

It's also a prohibited to put accusations on internet. We would appreciate if you put a rectification on the forum or else we will do ourselve and make a notification

Thank you in advance.

Best regards

They are no official distributor, even if it gives the impression by the name.
They clearly act against EU law.

So be careful.

you choose the wrong place to buy a product, you should be more selective and try to compare with others. Never mind that has passed. quite regrettable management who are not professional sellers

Looks they have no professional experience, it is so strange and unusual to giveaway client's information.
I would rather prefer to buy at highest rate from any significant website than to shop at antminerdistribution.com.
And for future referance, must buy from official website of bitmain.

Problem is that bitmain will start shipping next batches end of december, which means arrival in Europe in January at latest.

Google shows dozens of websites that sell new antminers in the US and EU, but price difference is horrible. From 1500 euro to 4000 pounds in one UK website that I found. it is ridiculous Sad

- https://expositos.net/  - but not sure how legit they are Sad
- https://www.antminerdistribution.com/ (and from this tread it looks like  they can deliver goods and not just play on scam)

I can't really understand you. You consider their prices "bloody expensive" but do you know how much it costs to involve all importing and legal procedures (int. shipping, customs tax, local tax, country tax) + business expenses (employees wages + marketing expenses + warehouse/office/transport) + gain at least normal profit on reselling miners? + don't forget they sell what is in stock which means they invested their own funds which will be returned in 4-6 months when chinese manufacturer produces and delivers their order and they resell it to the final customer... You behave like, "well, I am the smartest and I want to earn much. what the f**k this reseller considered to put such a high price? he should not plan to get some profit, he must just resell it to me"

Ha, Cheap postage & no privacy...

I'd rather pay the extra postage..

I tried purchasing from Bitmain several times but I was always late with payment and the batch was already sold. That's the reason why many people are looking to buy on ebay and other marketplaces.

Hello

I have a problem whit antminer distribution as well, I have order 4 miners from them 2 weeks ago and after i made the payment , the order was cancelled, and they don't respond to my emails now and i can't call them because the phone they have on the site is out of service.

Do you have any contact that I can use to call them or write to them other than the number on the site and sales@antminereurope.com

Sorry for the off topic, but maybe I can get some help here

Thank you!

Antminereurope?? You probably entered a phishing site of antminerdistribution. Below are the only emails listed on their site. And this is the correct URL: https://www.antminerdistribution.com

T: +31 (0)762031942 (Office 09.00u – 17.00u)
E: info@antminerdistribution.com
E: sales@antminerdistribution.com

Meanwhile on the phishing site:

Thank you for you reply,

I bought them from the official site https://www.antminereurope.com

I have some emails from them about the transaction from the sale team, but after the transaction nobody would answer.

If anybody knows another way of contacting them can you leave it in message or reply

Thank you!

NO! Antminereurope is not an official site, It is a phishing site of https://www.antminerdistribution.com

You'll see the links in my previous post stating people who got scammed by them, Pasting it again:

https://www.reddit.com/r/BitcoinMining/comments/6yi629/antminer_europe_legit/
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2460327.msg25211922#msg25211922

Visit both sites and you'll see its difference such as on antminerdistribution there is a facebook page with a fairly good reviews and if you go to the "About" Section, you'll see their website and it is: antminerdistribution.com

Another thing is the payment methods, Antminerdistribution offers not just irreversible payment methods (Bitcoin) but also the reversible ones so you can open a dispute in case something bad happens as opposed to antminereurope which only offers irreversible and pseudonymous payment method which is bitcoin.

Also do a simple whois about them. You'll see that antminereurope is a newly registered anonymous site unlike antminerdistribution

Antminereurope: https://www.whois.com/whois/antminereurope.com
Antminerdistribution: https://www.whois.com/whois/antminerdistribution.com

That will be very hard since bitcoin is pseudonymous

I've been trying to report all the phishing sites I encountered including this but there's really no significant outcome.

Sorry for your loss. Next time, If you're not sure either ask here or ask google.
