I don't, the interesting thing about BTC IMO is the fractional capacity and the ability to deal with fractions of fractions of it like normally using 1 or 2 units, I hold something like a quarter of a BTC now and it feels the same as having more by ability to make mass transactions with a small amount.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

The problem is most people get sucked into get-rich-quick schemes like ponzis and gambling and as a result they will lose most of their money.
Of course! Greed is a big factor in what ruins most people. Nothing in this world is as easy as gambling to get millions. It takes a lot of luck for that to happen to someone, but that's the driving factor in why people gamble. They think they'll be the winner. They think they'll get the jackpot. "Oh, I'll win this time..."

No. Those who have money know the risks.

that's because people have no patience and they find holding to be very boring. they don't realize that holding bitcoin is a very low risk investment since we are still at the beginning of everything. the price can only go up from here.

Just collected my full 1 bitcoin. Very happy now.
I achieved this great goal in just 6 months.

Finally it happened!

Wow, nice. It must have taken a lot of time and patience to do that Wink

Good luck with saving more BTC up!
Congratulations! I have been trying to collect it for a while now but I am still far from completing 1BTC. What is your method? How did you collect bitcoin too fast?

One easy way is to offer services or perhaps sell digital goods. Uh, the thing with signature campaigns is that you need a pretty high rank to be able to earn a significant amount. Obviously, resolve and avoidance of gambling will also help in earning.

There's no way a retarded scammer like yourself should have anywhere near 10 btc.  I hope you got scammed out of them and are lying about having spent them.

Now I know I've already posted in this topic but I'd like to say that I am getting close to having a full bitcoin.  Money is tight these days and btc is purely speculative for me.

No. A mere 0.244 BTC at this point ... !

Now roughly 0.4 BTC due to some trading and a rather royal payment for translation-work.

Quoting myself again; amount is now 0,016 BTC. Sold off the vast majority of my crypto roughly a month ago to compensate for previous years losses (wasn't that much) and planned to earn Bitcoin completely online from that point. Progress has been minimal in december because of a busy real-life. I could easily buy a significant amount of BTC with cash, but I'm too cautious to do that.

Just buy 1, lock it in cold storage and sleep on it.

Under construction.
