I think the auction has been ended, if it is so i would recommend the OP to close(lock) the thread.
P.S what happens usually to the users that make bid and when they win the auction does not pay?
Any bad feedback to them or what are the rules in this case.

Op should def leave bad feed back. This is become all to common in the auction section, there should be repurcussions for false biddi

If it was Gensys, he  bidded on this hero also but when asked to put 10% upfront since he is a newbie he instantly retracted.

It was Genesys. He couldn't produce the coin. I'll probably have to re-auction this or just sell it in Digital Goods. PM me if interested.
