Both of you are not prooving anything here guys , OP you should post screenshots of the conversation happened between you and him and the thread related to this transaction , also where he gave you his skype , if he asked to go to his profile and check his Skype then he could simply changed it on his profile and you can't proove .
So post some screenshots because accusing him without proovs won't lead to anything here .

Administration won't take care of anything unless you provide proofs mate  , After checking  CoinTerminator posts on the forum seems like he is german or at least speak german language that good (same as profile skype you posted)
Still , not a valid proof . What you need to tell us now is where he gave you this skype (screenshot) ? the adress that he gave you to pay him

Until you don't provide any short of PMs screenshots of this Forum , its really hard to believe , Skype has no meaning overhere as any third man can Con ones name ans initialize a Scam.

If he did commit online fraud you have all his info above to report to police, sure they could get an i.p log from skype to prove if it was him that scammed you.

soo.. judging from what was said in there, cointerminator = kralle? that screenshot is pretty good evidence. conversations can be faked though, need to see more.
