yes if he know how to play it's possible but it's so hard

it is gambling on a dice site it is not the how, it is just chance and specially on the max payout multiplier , it is just a teeny tiny chance of winning. you can win on your first bet or even never. and there is nothing you can do to change that.

know how to play it's to have a high balance with a good strategie   and when you pass the payout amount you withdraw all :p

i see. but there are no good strategies when it comes to playing dice games. it is completely dependent on luck . which means no matter what you do and how much bitcoin you have in your bank-roll you could end up losing if you get unlucky.

Well, there have been 6 winners of Da Dice jackpot till now. Not sure if you mean "big" like that, but 0.2-0.5BTC is certainly big for a 1 satoshi bet.

Does it matter? Max payouts would have been almost impossible to happen, if you put your money into dice targeting a max payout, you will always lose your money.

it makes different , I agree with you that dice owners always will have an edge and it's hard to hit big
but without having a big bankroll two lucky players may make the site broke if there was a big payout limit on something like X64000
in my opinion this is why most dice sites stick to X9900 with limited maximum profit
