Hab mir jetzt mal ein paar BTC überwiesen, jetzt steht unter Status "41 Bestätigungen", aber meine Coins sehe ich schon im Kontostand.
Für was ist die Zahl bei Bestätigungen? Wie hoch geht die noch?

das nimmt kein ende,
die anzahl der "Bestätigungen" ist gleich der anzahl der Blöcke, die erzeugt wurden, seitdem deine transaktion im netz aufgetaucht ist,
mit jedem neuen Block kommt also eine neue Bestätigung hinzu.
