Well, dude if you want to change you problem with the weight, you have to change your life! What I mean with this?
First, you have to schedule your sleep and add nap during the day. At the beginning, it doesn't matter how much hours you are sleeping, but keep in mind that if you go in bed in 4 am (for example), that you should get up every day at 10 am. The other thing that you should include is water. Drinking a water, especially in the morning when you get up on empty stomach is one of the best thing.
Schedule your meals! Be sure that the pause between every meal should more then 6-7 hours. Remember, the body doing what the brain is thinking! Sport activity... Walking, driving a bike, gym or anything that will make you move your muscles is good for you brain.
P.S. Meditation can speed up your progress if you start practicing as soon as possible.
