Trading on PPT (Pirate Pass Through) has been stopped back in September after the default of Pirate. Since then several attempts to contact the bond issuer has failed. With the underlying asset of the pass through delisted and no response from the issuer, we see no other possibility than to delist the security.
Next steps:
1. The bond issuer (
pirate.bonds@gmail.com) will receive a list of claim codes and number of shares
2. Each shareholder will receive an email with their claim code and number of shares.
