so youre just selling virtual visas that can be used to verify paypal accounts, not an actual method to verify paypal accounts, which is pretty straightforward if you ask me. sort of misleading imo. also, there's no way of people knowing if these are legitimate vcc's or carded cc's.

I have a verified account and I had done that by small payment verification method in my bank account . These types of paypal account verifications are done by peoples where there is some limitations in some countries.

Example = India.

In india , peoples are only able to receive money with their paypal account. They are not able to send till they attached their credit card to paypal.

But not everyone own a credit card , so that peoples use this way of verification method to use paypal or register for other countries based account.

It will stay verified but most merchants will require a credit card if you're paying for goods so there will still be errors even if it's verified. No it won't be limited.

All cards physical or virtual expire so it's not an "if", but the accounts always remain verified after that.

Or you can even verify and remove the card right after but there's no point in doing it.
