Is quickbt.com a scam site?

Hi,

I am new to this currency and wanted to buy some BT I thought  quickbt.com was a good idea: buy a small amout see how it goes. Now I am wondering if this site is not just a scam as they took my 80$ but I have not received anything so far and they have not replyed to any emails... Anyone dealt with these guys before? Did I just get robbed?

You may and you may not receive your coins , looking at here seems like it's a scam website : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=486801.0 but the admin of the website seems like he replied to the guy and not sure if resolved his problem or not . Try to contact him and see how things goes .

I have received my Bt. It seems that there is a delay with the first purchase. All good now but Quickbt should be clear that the first transaction can take 48HRS ( I am sure they would not loose any sales for being honest). They should also reply to querys to their cx service.
