Since when we are allowed multi thread in currency exchange.

I remember when grue was mod of currency exchange he never allowed any multi thread on currency market but these days many forum user making multi thread in currency mkt. I reported some thread on currency market user making multi thread for diff currency in each thread.

But it never deleted or locked.

You are only allowed to have one active sales thread open at a time in currency exchange. If you see more then active sales thread that a person has then you should report it and the duplicate thread should eventually get either locked or moved to the trashcan. It sometimes takes a while for a moderator with authority of the poster to work the report though.

I just reported one as being a duplicate (it was a newbie who created the threads) and the thread I reported was quickly moved to the trashcan)

Try also to send a personal message to BadBear or one of the actual section mod (Cyrus or hilariousandco) and I'm sure they will manage and resolve this situation.
