Can i mine with two ASICs from two different companies on the same computer?

Hey guys,

Newbie here, with what i guess are very basic questions. I preordered one of the new BFL asic devices and i'm getting a second asic device from BitcoinASIC.com. I'm assuming that these two can run off the same computer without issues, is this correct?

Also, is there a mining software that will allow me to display the combined hash rate of both devices? Or can i only show the individual hash rates of each individual device?

More than likely,yes you should be able to run different ASIC's on the same PC.Only power requirements might hamper that.

Only if the miner you use supports both devices,otherwise you will need to use a seperate miner for each.Then just direct them to the pool of your choice & you will see the combined hashrate there.

Another interesting question: If you ordered an Avalon ASIC miner, can you connect other miners to it?

some of the asic devices coming need no PC, plug in power and ethernet cable to a switch/router and off they go.
