I'm sorry, but I do not understand the non sequitur. It was a "yes", "no", "I don't know", or "I refuse to answer" kind of question. I ask because I am a Bitfloor customer and have respected them for their honesty after being victimized.

I am owed 1 BTC from usagi, and I just wanted to make it public for posterity. I held 9 different assets on GLBSE and usagi is the only asset issuer that refuses to pay me that I also see masquerading around bitcointalk pretending to be legitimate.

Just post your claim e-mail and we can determine if you were on the list that was forwarded to burnside. Then we can confirm whether or not you made a mistake and lost your e-mail or made a mistake and are not a shareholder.

Update: nameface has sent me his e-mail and bitcoin address in PM. The information he sent me does not match anything on my lists. I can also show that I received complete lists from Nefario, so this is not a case where nameface was not on the list for some reason; we know he's not on the list.

At this point all I can say is, if you give me the references for the nine securities you claim have paid you, I will look into whether or not you were actually on their lists and what information you gave them. But I do not welcome false accusations.

There have been a dozen and one cases just like this where people who thought they were on a list turned out not to be and the shares could be manually confirmed (by hand). You're not on the list, end of story.

After reading many threads involving usagi, it is my belief that he is lying to me about me not being on the list.

I was on many other lists, I filled in all of the claims as per Nefario's request, and I've been compensated for all of those assets. Usagi is the only asset holder who refuses to acknowledge me.

I have copies of the lists for most of the assets Usagi operated.  I also have copies of the lists from several other GLBSE assets.  I do see you on another asset, but I do not see you on any of Usagi's assets.

That is not 100% concrete proof, because these lists came from Usagi as forwarded copies of the lists from GLBSE.  However, I see no reason why Usagi would have edited it to remove you and no one else.

He is also misleading people about his programming abilities.

Apparently no effort has been put into security on his website, kongzi.ca ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=124391.0 ). All that is needed to login is know someone's username. I was able to login as usagi by just typing usagi into the email field and selecting sign in button. Don't trust him.
