I guess not even escrow would help much in these situations.

You get a shitload of Microsoft software for free. Except when you get scammed of course

Even if not a scam I still don't get what's the point of doing that instead of just torrenting the software. Illegal either way.

They resell keys and invites for profit. Easy victims too based on all the scam accusations. Apparently these type of buyers have no problem sending first.
