I've always wanted to learn how to code to become an experienced programmer/developer. Heard about different types of programming languages such as Java, Javascript, Visual Basic, etc. Some of them are similar to others, like for example, Java is similar to C++ and so on. I'm looking for the most easiest programming language to learn how to code. I could then practice and develop my skills while I prepare to learn other extensive languages. If anybody could help me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. As of now, my top favorite programming languages are Python and PHP. If there's any other easier language that anyone would like to share, please feel free to share it here!

HTML. I've learned it in a day. Remembered most of them. It's not that hard because it has patterns.

Thanks for replying. Looks like HTML and Python are the most easiest languages to learn yet. I'm going to study them...

HTML is not a programming language.
And Scratch is for utter noobs, more suitable if you want to teach programming in the elementary school

It depends on what it is you want to make or do, for example to build a website or webapp, for example, you should learn HTML and CSS, along with JavaScript and perhaps PHP for interactivity.

Hey, probably HTML, it's kinda useless nowadays, but easy. I just wanted to ask here; what languages should I learn to be able to make a site similar to LuckyB.it?

HTML for the structure, CSS for the layout and probably Javascript + PHP(a little MySQL ).
