Think I this tried many times before to arbitrage but not much successes in past for people because of all fees.
But maybe different now days.

I suggest that because the value to society of arbitrage is nil or negative, (parasitic hedge funds take note) there is likelihood that an ideal bitcoin planner would set things up so that the very best efforts at parasitic arbitrage (:= buy Thing.  sell same Thing at a higher price) collect together the most worthless altcoins and get the parasites to buy them at a high price from (indirectly?) the genuinely productives.  As long as the productives take no more than a senior-professional salary for doing so, and put all the rest on the Garzic space blockchain project, the net result is for advancement of bitcoin society, into space.
