So I finally decided to make the first step, since I think Bitcoins will win in value.

if Paypal is the only way you can pay, i suggest you to try virwox.com

most users here dont want to trade with with newbies+paypal as paypal can easily be charged back

I am german too.
If you are willing to pay +5% ,
I can sell to you direct with cash, face 2 face, as long as we meet in the southern half of germany.
A meeting is possible within 24h.
Exchanging this high amount of Paypal on this small 5%, is absolute unthinkable.
Also you are a newbie without any history.
Whoever does it, good luck. Even with identityverification and all, it does not cover the risk, cost and work.
Why dont you simply withdraw the Paypal to your bankaccount and buy via sepa?
Somehow it is not logic...
