Is it possible to create a PGP public key of an Bitcoin Adress?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

This is entirely possible, as all a Bitcoin address is is a string of numbers. I'm not sure why you would want to do this though.

Yes but the key length of a bitcoin public/private key pair is relatively short, so it may not provide as much security.

Definitely, but the actual size of a bitcoin public and private key pair is not long at all, so i struggle to see how this will provide the security that your looking for
