nulled means cracked copy of the original thing.

I think these are not nulled theme but it is still called piracy as people purchases a regular license from publisher and makes that public without permission of the owner/developer.
Check http://gfxfree.net for all these themes for free

It's piracy if the author doesn't permit 3rd partys selling his theme even if you bought the theme legally.
