Is the GHS permanent or 5 year rental? I've seen them issuing permanent contracts some point before late 2014, followed by issuing temporary contracts after that point. If they are permanent contracts then they should worth more.

Yes, contract on 5 years. I buy in february 2015. And yes they had run out of power when the time, but they bought additional equipment and now everything is ok.
Current powers mining BTC around 30k satosh per day. Exactly say in a 2 hours (after 24 hours ending)
