When you search Litecoin on the Asian search engine Baidu, Katecoin comes up prominently. How does a person buy these? I find only https://www.gobiw.com/coin/index/id/15 but the page is covered with squigly lines and when you try to register they ask you to provide state documents, I guess to prevent illuminati and foreigners from buying coins?
