BUT THEY ARE STILL NOT IN JAIL .........they are gonna make a deal with the powers that be ..bankrupt the company and walk is my fear.....(probably unfounded but still)  ...which will really tick me off "big time"  for a month or more...can you imagine Josh on here 'crowing' how he got away with it? The horror!

It's a notorious scam, and I wanted to buy their miner in 2013, luckily I was clever enough to check the shipping history, so that I gave it up.

In 2013, BFL even didn't ship the miners to whom booked their miners in 2012. That's why I suspected it's a scam after I checking the shipping history list.

I sure hope you are right...but we are 7 days short of 2 years when I ordered my 1st bfl Jally and was 'assured' on the page it would ship by the end of may 2013 (hey it was on the frigging web page!)....I did get my 8.3K back in full 1 YEAR AND 20 DAYS later ...but that was due to me drinking the kool aid....xfering my 65mm stuff to the monarch (w/upgrade fee) thus not getting stuck with the rest of my stuff in NOV or so ( I got the jally because on the monarch xfer it was that or 'cloud hashing' heh..took the 'physical item' on oct 31st 2013 sold it on ebay for 1/2 the price right after I got it)  so it was DUMB LUCK  I got a refund at all from these shmucks...and that was only due to the fact sonny had a 'probation hearing' and the judge said he better start seeing some 'refunds' cause BFL looked 'shady' ...i hit that 3 week window of refunds before the FTC swooped in...so dumb newbie luck

again I hope you are right...but I've kinda given up on the FTC by now and/or the class action which imho will probably settle for ANYTHING before BFL goes thru all the $$$....the only REAL shot imho is the IRS from all the unreported bitcoin........anyway my guess......but every day the sun rises and they are NOT in jail is a 'big surprise' to me!

I could have had a good business to build, now it's pointless to even try. It would have worked if I hadn't trusted these scammers. Get 0.30 bitcoins for 5? What a great deal!!! What a fucking great deal!

When i first seen there add in 2013 i subscribe to there email to let us now when they are going to shipping it said in one month the shipping will start at end of March so i place my first order of 1 5ghs plus you can get upgrade witch i did payed the 100  extra after that i ended up ordering 7 in total now we are in May they said a few more weeks well as time goes the miner is making less and less  at first when i ordered it each one would make 25 percent of a bit coin buy the time i got my firs one was December and the miner would make 2 percent a day when i ordered these miners i thought i would b making 1.75 btc a day well that was a dream because butterfly labs was using them to make money for them with the miners that i payed for plus now they are making more off my back ......i spent over 2g and if i made back 400. dollars if  im lucky can just imagine how much they made  mining with my miners  good justice would b to pay back all the people that bought miners for their losses from mining butterfly-labs  has my btc and i would love to get it back they have everyone that bought miners info so it would not b to hard give us what they ow for are losses this would b real justice for once .........those miners now are good for paper wait or ornament they should b in jail where they belong for scamming us  can you imagine the one that bought 1500ghs miner 32000 wow   they lost a lot and it not fair we need justice ......

yep learned my lesson the hard way on that summer of 2013 ....p/o'd me off so much I did order KNC Jupiter via cc and paypal via amex JUST to get my $$$ back from BFL on the hope I could mine thus to recover it with  KNC equip....was pretty lame goal at the time..I must admit....or so was my 'slim' hope) ....got damn lucky on that brief window of time when FTC started snooping about 3 weeks before they stepped in on BFL and very UNEXPECTEDLY got my 8.3k back 1 year and 20 days later...so my 'bet' via cc and paypal (the correct way to do this) worked...and again damn lucky on the other from BFL....

Also 'unacceptable' here on the forums chewed my ass out in chat...and got me out of the BFL cult...or I'd have been another 4k in with them I think it was...cancelled that the last day I could under paypal....so he saved my butt too...

so FU...BFL Josh and company.... Instead of me  being ahead only 30 BTC total at this point in time  more or less .. .supposedly if you'd delivered even 'modestly late' like other ASIC types (say Aug).. I'm gonna be more or less 110 BTC ahead instead end of life (doorstops) on KNC equip...(Titans)...to wrap up my 'home mining'
