The Imgur image at the last morse code says "OH Dear I mustnt have cried so hard" or something similar..i dont remember..i think all other lines are nonsense and only the last two lines are valid so i sent an email to cipher1337@hotmail.com with my address xD

Would make more sense if it said "tried so hard" instead of "cried" so hard..

weird, i got a Mail, 3 links to some HEX codes.

as a previous poster answered, if you use a Hex editor and save it as .jpg you'll get a picture very nice

I found an identical image in an image search, so I assume it wasn't edited.
On the youtube link, respecting the original letter-case, would give something like http://httPs://www.yOutube.cOM/watch?v=MaeWS??2-?w, which doesn't help much as there are over 250k possibilities.

If it links to a youtube video, its probably useless.. Because we found a youtube video which was just for distraction, check some posts above

What is more interesting is the increasing bounty on this piece. Without monetary incentive I doubt there will be many people trying to solve this amazing puzzle.
I like this because it reminds me of early Cicada 3301 puzzles. I thought that it was pretty easy at first but I know see how I was wrong, some parts are haaaard :/.
