Would make more sense if it said "tried so hard" instead of "cried" so hard..

I have to say I also thought about just sending a btc address to that email, hope it works for you.

The auto reply you got when sending an email to cipher1337 contains some new files. I think they need to be converted to jpg, but I don't know how to make jpgs from HEX code..

Just merge the 3 hex sources, paste into a hex editor and save as JPG.
You will get an image of the last supper.

Is there something extra in the picture compared to original painting or is it just my tired eyes?

I found an identical image in an image search, so I assume it wasn't edited.
On the youtube link, respecting the original letter-case, would give something like http://httPs://www.yOutube.cOM/watch?v=MaeWS??2-?w, which doesn't help much as there are over 250k possibilities.

If it links to a youtube video, its probably useless.. Because we found a youtube video which was just for distraction, check some posts above Cheesy

thinking there may be more steps past whats in the original "Encrypted Text" after seeing the prize already increased to 0.2BTC.

Just out of curiosity, how long did it take you to put this puzzle together?  I like it, things liek this make the forum more interesting!

What is more interesting is the increasing bounty on this piece. Without monetary incentive I doubt there will be many people trying to solve this amazing puzzle.
I like this because it reminds me of early Cicada 3301 puzzles. I thought that it was pretty easy at first but I know see how I was wrong, some parts are haaaard :/.

Looks like there is some extra bytes of data after eof of the image file. In ASCII:

4(1)x5(2)x1(1)x1(2)x*6* __-__
