How to change ebay account language?

I opened an account in ebay.pl some time ago.

I'm not polish but someone told me that selling limits would be better there.

Now I was trying to sell and of course I have to verify phone.

The problem is that they don't send a SMS with PIN number. They only have the option to call and tell you the PIN.

As I don't understand polish I can't verify my phone. 

Do you know if it's possible to change my registration country?
