Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

preev rate +10% means exactly what it is. they're selling for whatever the price it www.preev.com plus 10%. as for which is cheaper... do the math yourself.

1:1 rate is basically preev (or whatever) rate + 0%. so you pay $200 for $200 worth of bitcoin. or whatever amount.

When you are at preev.com you can enter either the fiat value or the bitcoin value. Then it shows you the corresponding amount of bitcoin or fiat.

If you need to pay 10% more then the easiest way is to take the amount of fiat and calculate it * 1.1. Then you have the total price including 10% fee.
