What can we do about a dead account with no owner?

 There is one account where the owner got hacked. The hacker got the account and left it as is. There is no secret question , email or anything at all that is not changed so the original owner of the account can not get the account back in no possible way.

 The hacker got the account , asked for money and left , there is mails and etc but he does not reply to any of them , the hacker wanted to sell the account but now can not be reached.

 I would like to take the control of the account . I have the blessing of the original owner (in return of some coins if we can get the account) and I can pay the hacker as well but I can't get a hold of him.


 What could we done in a situation like this?

To get the account back? Contact theymos or BadBear with proof of ownership (signed message from address in precious post, for example) and they can help sort it for you. If you don't have proof, you may as well kiss the account goodbye.

 Thats the issue , I think there is no sign message possibility...

You can't do anything about it. Just forget that account. There are a lot of obsolete forum accounts.

Theymos and BB dont usually pay attention to such request (even with a signed message), that's because the admins have to do a lot of research work before returning you the account.
