You can not say this in common because the contacts has optional bonuses which got paid when managers achieve a particular goal. So, it is really hard to say who gain at most.

Pellegrini has only handle city for short amount of time and if he can keep proving to bring city to become champion then his pay will keep on raising especially if he could get city the champions league

Not only bayern but all other team can beat them.Last time juventus won against real madrid . Although juventus have a huge disadvantage but they proof that they could win. Also barcelona won against bayern last time in champions league

Pellegrini has only handle city for short amount of time and if he can keep proving to bring city to become champion then his pay will keep on raising especially if he could get city the champions league

he's been 2 years in manchester city, he has given the English league title to the team, I think the salary could be more than that

Current salaray of guardiola now is £14M the highest salary
last season there was news that guardiola would handle Man city, maybe salary if in city more than £20M

I think he will stay for another two years in Munich. He build a team what totally follows him. Further, there is not better team than Bayern at the moment.

No this is not actually true. Some Bayern representatives have said in the past that during the time to get Guardiola on board he had several better options being offered by english clubs. But the best perspective for success Guardiola himself saw in Munich at that time.
Bayern pays him a lot that is true, but he could have had way more if he had joined a premier league club.

If this is true then he is a coward I think. Premier league must be very hard for him to show his quality. In bundesliga, bayern is dominating the league and no competitor there
