Man City vs Leicester this weekend, I really don’t think Man City will slip up in this one. City are going to make Leicester look like the pretenders they are, the party is over for Leicester.
I'm not really sure this match will go easily. Both teams have just played in the EFL and this will definitely drain their energy. Manchester City only rested part of their defense at that time. Similarly Leicester play until extra time. In this match Manchester City is going to take all points as they are much better side then Leicester City at home but for next few weeks this second position could be far away from Manchester City as Leicester City is going to keep this until any collapse.

Odds are indeed bigger for Man City but Leicester is a good team that can manage to get out with a draw at least. Their last game vs Norwich wasn't good and could have an impact. Waiting for the game this Saturday

This just in: EFL Cup semi-finals: sourceManchester derby! Manchester derby = perfect for LFC Two intense games for City, they will likely reach the final too so another game. Everything is working out for us this season. Leicester in the semi finals too 2020 could be the year Liverpool are English champions again but they lost a massive lead last year. I think the gap might be even bigger this year and the way Liverpool are playing they should be champions. Last season Liverpool had an 8pt lead over second place Manchester City at Christmas. This time it is Leicester City in 2nd place but how many points will they be ahead of their nearest rivals after the Leicester City vs Liverpool EPL match on 26th December 2019?

Admittedly, Liverpool would pull farther ahead in the title race, but if I were in the LFC corner, I'll rather have Leicester breathing down my neck than give City a chance to come back into the title race. The season is still far and the more points their most obvious contenders drop the better for LFC. No disrespect to Leicester, they are having a brilliant season and could go on longer than most expect, I just don't see them truly challenging for the title.

I think Leicester will wanna settle for a draw here, perhaps we might see another drama that was pulled by Man Utd against Man city, Leicester are pretty hot this season, I was amazed with their performance against Everton in Caraboa cup yesterday, I wont be surprised if they win Man city, City got injuries problem, for a player like Fernandinho to be played as a central defender, they only need a good striker to unlock city defense and, they've got VARDY!

Arteta to Arsenal almost done deal https://twitter.com/david_ornstein/status/1207635490704437248Well, Arsenal's future looks very bleak. The board have completely lost it, there's no way there isn't a single manager out there looking for a job that has some experience being a head coach. Arteta will most likely be Ljungberg 2.0 but with a bit more tactical knowledge thanks to Pep teaching him a thing or two. I guess we're going back to the era before Wenger then? i don't really know what happened before him, were Arsenal just another small london club? too lazy to look it up right now True. Instead go for big names they choose arteta? I believe if the rumours didn't say arteta is on talk with arsenal, Ancelotti would be interested despite he will always blue I wouldn't surprised if then arsenal hire and sack managers twice a year Well actually I don't want to underestimate much about this arteta stuff , he could get a success at arsenal just the way Lampard had a good start with Chelsea.

It is natural there is a doubt with the coach which we know he not yet has experience coaching, and this could also be in the minds of some arsenal fans. Will Arteta directly coach AFC when play againts Everton this weekend match?

This is what everyone is talking about, has Arteta got enough experience to save Arsenal from total collapse, we all know he is still in his learning stages under pep Guardiola, and throwing him into a big job such as this can either have a good effect or it could backfire, for the sake of Arsenal fans I just wish the former is the case. A more established manager could also come into the club and flop, that's why I do not totally criticize Arsenals intentions/decision. When pep came to Barcelona, he wasn't established, but he did excellently well and is now one of the greatest coaches in Barca's history, now Solskjaer and Lampard are also doing good jobs in both united and Chelsea, so why not Arteta if he eventually becomes Arsenal manager

I agree on the final for EFL is going to be City blue versus Foxes.
Why?
City have too much power in their second squad, Manchester United does not. Leicester will play first squad in all the games no matter what because they are fit and can do all of it.
Anyway, Spurs must fight hard this week,,, I hope Mourinho reminds United of what they lost and what we gained!

Leicester this season is very strong. Honestly I did not expect it. They have a good attack line and have a good defense too. You might be able to see how their goal difference is. Indeed, the quality of the Manchester City team is inhabited by world-class players. But the organization of the game this season Leicester is better than them. I think the match will run tight

^ That's cos Leicester has been doing good business on the last couple or so transfer windows.
I wonder what happened to their former chief scout, Steve Walsh. That guy was mostly responsible for building the EPL winning squad of 2016 for Leicester. He became Everton's director of football but he was relieved from his post. He wasn't heard of since...

It will play at Etihad certainly Manchester City will not disappoint its fans.

Without a change of coach the AFC should have been able to win the match because Everton did not show a good performance so far, but it all depends on the strategy of the new AFC coach, new coach new strategy and new atmosphere.

All attention seems to be on the Arteta to Arsenal deal, and I feel the pressure may be too much for him. I do not doubt his technical abilities, even though he has not handled any previous club. But I doubt if he can handle the pressure that comes with handling a club like Arsenal, especially in the situation they're in at the moment. It's a big gamble for both parties, but if he's giving enough financial support from the board and enough time, he could show his quality. Edit: CONFIRMED. Just saw that the Arteta already signed a three and a half year deal.
