Tottenham finally got a win, they have been really playing badly for the past 4-5 weeks straight and they were really putting their position at risk even though they managed to get ahead so much from other teams now they are at a risk. Now they are just 1 point ahead of the other teams and if Arsenal didn't lose the last match they could have been at the third position which is amazingly great for a team that had a risk of being 6th at the end of the position.

Manchester United also lost points and that is not good for them at all, think about it they are both out of Europe contention AND gonna face Barcelona which kind of means they gonna be out soon and won't return next year which is about a 1.5+ year absence from Europe for them. That is never a good news.

Chelsea need a win tonight, if they have any chance of getting top 4 then this is a game that they can’t afford to drop points in.

Hazard have given then the lead already, Just after 23 minutes with a beautiful fine solo effort. More goals to come for Chelsea in this I think.
With the lead Chelsea have moved to 3rd position 2 points and 3 points ahead of Tottenham and Arsenal respectively, while both teams would have a match in hannd.

I’m watching, it was a ridiculously good goal. Hopefully he’s getting it all out of his system tonight before Chelsea play Liverpool on Sunday

We've seen some surprises this weekend in Premier League with both Arsenal and Man United losing even if they are fighting for a Champions League place. Also Liverpool was pretty close of ending the match with a draw but they pulled it off in the end. The leader board is still close and I think each of them have big chances of getting that 3rd and 4th place, it seems like Arsenal has probably the easiest matches coming up and they shouldn't miss it.

Hazard was amazing but he is the only extra class in Chelsea team. It will be interesting to see what level of performances will Chelsea have next season if they lose Hazzard. He has been strongly lined with Real Madrid. Add to that possible transfet ban and I see Chelsea dweling in bottom half of table.

Yeah, Chelsea can't keep a hold of Hazard and to be honest, I think he himself stayed far too long for his own preference. Chelsea need a big revival. Abramovich is apparently not even talking to Sarri properly, how can that be in football and in EPL? All that money spent in all these years and a few trophies but now an expensive team which may not even qualify for champions league. Bad future, who wants to stay unless for money?

I totally support Chelsea but Hazard needs to move to a bigger club, where he will be able to win titles and play competitive football.
It is sad that Chelsea can't offer him anything more right now.

I read that Hazard is going to Real in the summer, Chelsea have a transfer ban for two windows too so don’t expect them to compete for the title or CL soon.

They are going to have to work bloody hard to keep him after last night's performance, that goal! 

Looks like I was entirely wrong about the game, West Ham didn't really look like they were going to challenge Chelsea last night. I really thought they were going to put up more of a fight but I suppose they don't have a huge amount to play for at this point.

Thats true, actually hazard is a player who is loved by fans and abramovich also, he might give a clause that cannot be rejected by hazard, of course for a big salary. I think Chelsea has a very great squad you know, the beginning of season Chelsea was great in the every match, but when internal problems arise, they start to weaken

Yeah, that's another good view of the issue. but I'm not sure what Chelsea decision would be, Lose about an hundred million deal to save their status next season or get hundred million and probably get screwed over the next season then go fully in on the transfer market after the ban get's lifted.

Chelsea got the win but honestly that was some Phyrric victory right there. They can't be even too happy about the win considering the two rivals they have right now (even three) of Tottenham and arsenal and united all are one game behind so they could be at 6th position yet again if they all win (which is doable).

I mean Watford and Westham and all that is gonna play with arsenal and united so its doable and Tottenham has Huddersfield so we all know they gonna get 3 points whereas Chelsea will play Liverpool and we know Liverpool at this stage won't lose any points.

This is just a "better than nothing" for Chelsea but it is certainly not a good day for them even with a win and we rarely see a win mean nothing for a team at this level so it is definitely unique in situation. Premier league is definitely in a commonly happened before but certainly competitive level at the top 6 positions (1-2 between each other and 3-4-5-6 all between each other).

Newcastle with an Impressive away win against Leicester City, Newcastle are now 10 points clear off the danger zone and they look certain to remain in the premier league. Leicester City dominated the match in terms ball possession but Newcastle didn't fall short in terms of goal attempts and shots on goal.

Winning UCL is more important tham PL I think Because in UCL you play with all the top teams of the world. When you can win both, It's a plus obviously.Man City will struggle to win rest of the PL matches.Because ManCity will face team like  spurs, ManU soon.OTOH, Liverpool Won't face any big opponents.So, I think it will be more tough for Man City to maintain thier performance and win EPL of this season.
