Nothing new these days, same story are reformatted over and over in press about neutral venues and the presumptive day of return, June 12 seems to soon. Well the conclusion i made is simply let's wait and see how things go in Germany!

I think the latest meeting between PL officials pushed the potential restart back to the week after so June 19th.
Bundesliga starts again tomorrow so we have some top Euro League footy to watch again.

I am right now watching a live feed. Its very weird with no people in the stand.

Its a bit like the soundcheck before a rock concert when no one is allowed in yet.

All the coaches have been having discussions about coming to some sort of consensus to get the season started again. Mourinho is probably just fed up of certain coaches trying to get the season voided.

Mourinho's argument seems positive to me but it doesn't make much sense, as usual the situation has not yet returned to normal. However, many are saying that it would not be good to start the session now until the vaccine is discovered, but there is no exact time frame as to when the vaccine will be discovered. In my opinion, it is better to start the sports events with some extra caution. you know the Bundesliga already has been started, very exciting moment, let's see what will happen next.

Good to see few Bundesliga matches were going smooth today. I think all players would get covid test after the match and hopefully no one test positive. If all matches on this gameweek have no issue, could be a strong reason to get Premier League continue.

Probably not the fans but just some staff from both team , janitor or some other people with some job to do there. Cant believe how empty it is, it just looks like some regular training game but atleast things went smoothly

As for his case, the last 3 matches of Tottenham ended in draw and lose therefore he want to deliver good result if the league actually restart. To do that, he will have to train his player harder especially when they havent been playing for months

@arallmuus you’re right as a normal football match requires up to 500 staff members, and those people mentioned above would have been instructed to stand out there, and discharge their duties while following social distancing rules. Also Mourinho has dismissed these statements, and he’s claimed that he never gave such statements, and lastly he’s claimed that he’s eagerly waiting for the league to restart.

That's a match of Belarus League as the only league that still running in Europe while other leagues stopped. I'm not surprised if there are some people go watching in stadium there.

Not sure why do you call me making it up, as I wrote " PROBABLY " there as I have no idea who that person is. It could be fans, it could be some random guy watching the game or whatever  

Even if there are some fans out there, you cant really blame them for that but you should just blame their security for letting all those people in or you could try to ask someone from there to confirm about wether they let fans into the stadium or not

From the statistic on worldometer, actually the recovered case rate in Belarus is not much different with other countries in Europe, around 30%. But the death rate there is very low, even less than 1%. I think this is why Belarus League is still allowed to run. Beside that, there is no player in Belarus League who tests positive until now.

Looks a bit eerie but it's a nice idea. Though maybe some of the smaller leagues have lax rules about who can watch or get into the stadiums and they are actual spectators.

You know...  What the EPL could do is somethng like a virtual crowd and sell 'tickets' in an app or something.  The guy who bought a 'ticket' could press a button and make one of the virtual people chant or cheer or whatever.

But, every clubs need income, maybe make them buying a ticket even not going to stadium for the match can be a solution. Like giving a 50% discount for buying ticket. In this case maybe fans will accept it to support their clubs.
