I reset my password and then tried to change it to something else. Multiple times it didn't work.

I then decided it was best to withdraw all my coins and they are all stuck "pending".

Opened up a support ticket.

well im not sure if this could do the trick , if you have another browser , try to sign in with another browser and if you were able to sign in (assuming you don't have any problems since you tried to change password)  then check if the balance is stuck there or not , if yes then go back to the first one and clear cookies and log off and log in and try again , hope it could make it work Smiley

I've been robbed again, and that's enough, trying to take out all my coins.

They really are annoying and have some really strange rules. Like autolocking an account after 6 months, yet it also happens within that timeframe, cryptsy is getting more and more absolete, especially when looking at biitrex or Poloniex, much much better and faster in service!

The only Exchange site that i wouldn't recommend using.

People call it "craptsy" for a reason.

This site had stupid ass lag/delay problems 2 years ago and it seems like they have another bunch of stupid-ass problems now. I am glad i've never returned to them.

It just takes a while for transactions to process from cryptsy. I have had withdraws go pending for 48 hours before, but they always came through in

the end. I did have to send a few support tickets though, to speed things up. Cryptsy has been around a long time, I would not give up on it yet.

I have tickets not resolved since almost a year, ten days ago noticed another leakage of coins, they didn't say anything about that leakage.(no answer to my ticket)

Withdrawals have taken pretty long for me but they always come through after like 24 - 48 hours.
They usually also answer support tickets, albeit a but slow.

What kind of "leakage?" Did you check history to see if someone had set up a trade order or something?

I didn't know about the lock they put on your account after six months without activity. How many other people don't know about it? They should have a warning in giant letters about it each time you log in so everyone's sure to know the rule. I moved most of my coins out of Cryptsy already but now I'm moving the rest.

Or just send you an email before it happens (say, 3 months, then 4, then 5 and then 6). They already have the emails, so might as well give it another purpose, Smiley.
