You have to decide for yourself.

Here is a good start in your education.

best pool = decentralised pool = no withdraw limit.

so, only P2Pool is the "best".

Can Someone Tell What A Good Pool Is!!!

Whatever it will be you must think that you must spend money to buy hardware to mine. That hardware cost money and with rising difficulty every 14 days you will never know if you will have profit. Sorry to do the killjoy but all me experiences in mining or cloud mining were finished will lost of money. I wanted to share this my bad experience.

You've had hardware mining for a year and haven't yet figured out which pool works the best for your needs?  Where have you mined up to this point, and why are you looking to make a change?

Jonny's Pool - Mine with us and help us grow!  Support a pool that supports Bitcoin, not a hardware manufacturer's pockets!  No SPV cheats.  No empty blocks.

The best pool is the one that best fits you really. There isn't really one pool that is the "best" but in terms of which ones are popular are Slush's, Kano's, Eligius and others. I've had my gear for almost a year and have tried a few of them.
