cant really understand why u would purchase miner n to send it to other people to mine, n ure looking for a person who could help with that

He wants to cut costs on electricity from what i understood. El. costs vary from country to country, and some people cheat on el. company to have "free" power.
@op i wouldn't advise such deal. The money you save outsourcing your rigs isn't worth the risk of handing over your equipment to third party imho.
