I've changed my mind about this loan. Declined as you have been having a history of appealing for a loan directly after trying to sell your account. I have a feeling that you are planning to default on the loan and basically make this into me buying your account.

It's based on a suspicion, not a belief. The loan may be a legit request, but the way he immediately went from 0.04BTC to 0.015BTC was pretty shady to me.
