obviously if you don't transfer the btc first having blockchain account details won't do any good since he still has the private keys. Altought giving out account details is risky on his side too. I suspect he's trying to gain some trust from trustable members who won't scam by faking his trust towards them (while still keeping access to btc and implying buyer goes first).

When I proposed he either just sends the btc first or I take his account login, move btc to one address of mine and then send skrill he stopped answering.

I may be wrong but be aware.
