ok so im not a rich man by any means.  i have $40 and was just going to moneygram bitinstant like i normally do.
there is a gas station a block away that sells all sorts of prepaid cards and moneypak and such but the fees are higher than bitinstant.

so does anyone need a prepaid card or anything that i can trade for bitcoins or will i end up losing out since $5 of the card i buy will be used for the fee.

they have xbox cards also and those do not have a fee. so i could buy 2 $20 xbox points cards and trade someone here for bitcoin?

let me know what you think the best route is.
                                         thanks

let me know what you think the best route is.

List your offer on LocalBitcoins.  Who knows, maybe someone down the road from you has BTCs and is looking to trade them.

Is there no Chase or Wells Fargo nearby?  Neither BitMe.Com (Chase) nor BitFloor.com (Chase and Wells Fargo) charge for cash deposits.
