Poloniex, u can buy there within 10 seconds, but the fees are pretty high i think. Also he buy and sell price is very different from the same coin.

The biggest exchange volume wise is BTC-E and they have been around for a long time, that's where I do all my LTC sells never had any problems

But as with any exchange don't leave money or coins on them. Deposit and Buy, or Sell and Withdraw Smiley
