I just downloaded armory. It downloaded the block chain and it worked. After PC restart it got stuck on Initializing Bitcoin Core Engine.

I suggest launching Bitcoin core (or just bitcoind if you know how). Disable the "Let armory run bitcoin-qt/bitcoind in the background". Close Armory completely and launch it again.
