Even when sent as a gift. If account holder claims his account has been hacked, PayPal will still refund...
Absolutely no offence to you mnightwaffle, but i've been f***ed like this for € 50...
Paypal also doesn't want BTC trades over their network, so if it comes to a dispute, and you talk about bitcoins, you'll lose your money anyway...

If he did scam he have only one thing to loss which is his account and i think his account worth alot more then 20$ so he will not risk his account for 20$

ASSUMING the PP account wasn't bought or hacked. I am not implying that this is the case here.
