I do not know how is going to win but as always it is going to go down between Barcelona and Real Madrid, the one who is more consistent and wins more is going to win.
But I am a fan of Real Madrid so I will put my money on them.

the dominance of these two teams to be stopped by the other teams in the Spanish League. if any other teams have funds like these two teams other teams will probably be the toughest rival for both teams and it will make the Spanish league more interesting and can compete with the Premier League.

in fact should not have much money, you can see examples of leicester city when it became Premier league champions. it's about cohesiveness and teamwork. I think with that can beat Real madrid or Barcelona. Another example such atletico madrid without a lot of money, they can always compete with barcelona and real madrid.

it is rare thing , needed 100 years at least to repeat the same shocking history.

funds / money are not always can help you to win anything , but everybody knows that money are the most important part in clubs success nowadays , i hope to see a traditional football again when loyalty getting paid.

indeed money isn't everything and EPL has prove that with Leicester City as the champion because they were not rich team but currently it's very difficult to find the players who very loyal to his own team and usually good players is expensive so the teams will need a lot of money to buying good players

but EPL clubs are left behind to germany and spain clubs in the european competition.

even though the most high spender in last 3 years transfer window are the english clubs but surprisingly spain and germany clubs are the most success in european competition. money really can not change everything here.

English teams have under-performed in Europe lately especially Man City. They spent a lot of money but they can't win against Barcelona/Bayern Munich. Man City have a strong team but it seems that they need to spend more to progress further in the competition.

i guess manchester city are a new comer in champions league , not like barcelona , real madrid and atletico madrid who dominating champions league semifinal at least for last 4 or 5 years , la liga clubs dominated european competition.

for the record , last time la liga champion are not from the 3 teams like barcelona , real mardid and atletico madrid are happened 13 years ago the champion that time are valencia. looks hard to break the domination .

Top candidate for the champions league isnt going to be in the league but europa league instead however next season could be much better story for premier league and if you wish to compare both sides, there are of course pros and cons
