I dont think this is a scam site. May be you should rollover 20x so you can withdraw your 0.01, if there is no rollover people will use this as their faucets by making hundreds of id just to claim 0.01 from this site

OP is confused person that 0.01btc was for only few minutes and than he changed this to 0.001 btc and increased the minimum amount to cash out from 20x to 500x very funny situation there.

It seems you have put password into your account so that is why url asking from you for same password for that unique url, if you have forgotten your password than clear browser cookies and cache than you will be able to access the website.

They had one or two confirmed withdrawals, though their wallets got cleaned pretty fast if thats the reason the site doesn't allow bets right now.
