Ya there appears to be no way to look at any sort of transaction on clearcoin. I couldnt access it since early last night. Really sucks I have coins in escrow too.

Don't worry, it's not like you're gonna lose the bitcoins; the owner is an honest guy. I'm sure he'll fix the issues.

You could try my escrow service. Link is in the sig.

Ya but I got a transaction that I need to hold funds on because of a seller backing out. It's set to auto release sometime today I believe and I have no way of stopping the guy from getting my coins with clearcoin not responding. Works out well for him.....

someone has put coins in escrow at clearcoin for me, but i cant see them, i feel for the guy, cant be nice

Ive used escrow a few times so i'm familiar with the process, but with CC it seems as though the person depositing the bitcoins can lose them to charity if the person (buyer) on the other side does not come up with the money, that cant be right, can it?

perhaps the Clearcoin owner can come on here and make a comment to calm us all down?

i'll post his email again as though i'm speaking for him,

My sincere apologies-- ClearCoin's bitcoin process decided to crash
just before I got on a long airplane ride.

The issue is fixed; I'll be working hard to make it, and ClearCoin, more robust.

It seems to be all clear now. I suppose being on a plane is a decent excuse.  Tongue

I fixed ClearCoin (restarted the bitcoind daemon) as soon as I got home; I apologize again for the service interruption.  I can't yet promise it won't happen again-- I'm still a single point of failure for ClearCoin.  But I'm working on changing that.

How often do you get the chance to work on a potentially world-changing project?
