No one could have guessed that there would be many goals in that match. And what was even more surprising was that it was Como who managed to score more goals and made it difficult for Atalanta to equalize the score in the second half. Honestly, I underestimated Como a little in that match. Because they have started the season badly. This first win will serve as motivation to the team.

Any forebodders who expected that Atalanta would be returning from Como with a win had been utterly wrong, this was because Como had come to play football. honestly, I didn't see that win coming and to think that they were down to ten men and still punished Atalanta that way? Something is really wrong. The game was to be played on Monday but due to unfavorable weather conditions, it was moved to the next day and to think that this was the performance they could have given to home fans who came to support them.
 I'm glad that Cesc Fabregas' side had their first win and it was timely because going several games without a win doesn't look good on any one's account and I think this is the first coaching job he's having so it will go a long way if he can be able to keep Como who last played in Serie A 21 years ago in the top division for much longer.

That's sad but I believe the club will learn to adjust without him after all they were able to do so during the time of his absence. He'd be greatly missed because he had such impact at clubs like Madrid and Man UTD (although the latter, not so much) but he'd still be missed and he won't be the first young player to retire too.
