Juventus are waiting for Neymar transfer to go through, then PSG will buy Dybala and Juventus will make a move for Icardi. I believe this transfer may happen on deadline day too, if PSG refuses to sell Neymar maybe Juventus will take Icardi on loan, and officially purchase him next season.

I have said in the Football speculation thread Franck Ribery won't really be a game changer for the team because he is way past his prime and he can't even have proper minutes with Bayern Munich anymore that is why they let him go in the free transfer.

Fiorentina has recruited 5 players, that means Fiorentina is very ready to compete with big Italian clubs.

Does being ready means they recruited at least 5 players in a single transfer market? Fiorentina is 'big' enough for me btw, they just failed to compete with the top 6. I'm pretty sure any team wants to compete with the top 6 and fight for a better place even though they don't have money to buy a superstar player.

The rumor you said is true. It's just that there is no certainty that it will happen. I would strongly agree if Icardi strengthens Napoli compared to Juventus, because Juventus squad is already very complete. If icardi goes to Juventus there must be a striker who must leave.

Fiorentina is no longer a top team in the Italian seria A, and that has been their status for so many seasons now. And I do not think they have bettered their chances of bouncing back by signing frank Ribery.

Frank is no longer a top player, and he's no longer young, he has given his all to Bayern and if you ask me, his arrival at Fiorentina is just to ease off and finish up his career, but that's not the kind of stuff Fiorentina needs to return them back to the top flight.
We'll see if Ribery brings a good amount of experience to the squad that will be beneficial and improve the squad, but it'll take some seasons for this to happen.

A combination of his money grabbing wife and agent and his lack of reasoning lead to all this. Even before the problems and the strike he wasn't really the smartest. He wrote an autobiography in which he criticized Inter and their fans for lack of respect. At the time he was the captain of the team and wanted to remain captain even after Inter fans demanded that his captaincy armband be removed.

It is very obvious that he has had enough of Inter and wants to leave. Question is: What if he goes to Juventus and decides after a year or two he has had enough of Juve and wants to go to Spain?!
It is a big gamble to invest in this player, especially exchanging him for a jewel like Paulo Dybala.

Experience, yes. But I don't think he will give a big boost in terms of quality. He is 36 years old and very injury prone as was seen last season. Similar to Robben. I don't remember if there were 5 games throughout the entire last season when both these players were available for Bayern. It was either one or both of them missing.

Well i wonder why he just chose to remain at Inter Milan. I mean Lukaku is now going to be the main strike there, and he is just going to be a second choice all the time unless Lukaku is injured.


I am also wondering how Inter Milan are going to cover up that gap left behind by Perisic. It will be interesting to see how they will line up in their first game.

Regardless of his current age and his current price tag, there is no doubt that Ribery is going to give his all and help Florentina in a lot of ways. With great players like Ribery age doesn't really factor and i am saying this because when you look at Zlatan Ibrahimovich, he is doing great at his age and even outdoing those that are in their prime.
