Inter are a really lucky team for this round of the Serie A. Because they are going to play one of their easiest games vs Salernitana. I have no other expectation than a clean victory for Inter by a two-goal difference in the worst case scenario. And all of their closest followers are going to play very tough games. Atalanta are hosting Roma while there is even a bigger game like Milan - Napoli. Inter would maintain their position for sure.

Now here in Italian League no team going to challenge Inter for this year's title as they have done very good job after some poor start currently they are at top with just 1 point difference, but surely it's going to be increased as this week we have few very hot competitions in league first we have Atlanta vs Roma where Atlanta is going to have very good match for approaching second spot in league second good match is going to be played between AC Milan vs Napoli which is going to hurt one team for losing more points as right now both losing points very frequently and now staying at 2nd and 4th spot with Inter and Atlanta are leading teams with very good record and safe future here at top in presence of some very good teams.

Yes for sure, but they don't have luck on Champions League, vs Liverpool which is likely to prevent them is not progressing to the next round.

It's really hurt for Milan as an eternal enemy, especially Calhanoglu which is an outcast player from Milan, he appears very well who make inter Milan reached the top. we can see the very fierce competition when Milan got the win vs Napoli also.

Indeed, it's not about the top and bottom positions but Roma's current form is not so good and they only have a chance to get points against teams that are not favourites. Roma's next match will be away and will be against Atalanta who are in their best form even in the last few seasons, with these conditions I think Atalanta will win by a difference of 2 goals or maybe more. Basically Roma were very good at the start of the season by getting 3 wins in a row and I was starting to be optimistic that Mou could provide an achievement for Roma in his first season, but over time it turned out that Roma were still not strong enough.

I'm really enjoying Inter and Atalanta's great performances these days. They both have had a long-lasting winning streak until now. After seventeen weeks, we see Inter consolidating their place in the lead. Milan follow them right behind and Atalanta are the 3rd-placed team. Yep, as predicted, Roma wins the game by 2 goals to nil. That game was so impressive especially after Chris Smalling made a fast goal at 6 minutes of the first half. Spezia made a gaol too at the second half but too bad, VAR said that was an offside and referee had to revoke it.

This is what caused much more controversy, I do not know if what the referee interpreted within the VAR was right, I do not know if it was the correct criterion because it is the ideal result, any goal against or in favor totally changes the game, it is something else , affects the mood of each player of the opposing team, the goal at 6min was good but the other goal at least was not clear to me, and if you are playing with a score of 1 to 0, hopes remain stronger than 2 to 0 and more if it was achieved that way.

There is no doubt in recent years Italian League is going down in quality and their teams facing some serious issues in European Leagues with right now just Juventus and Inter are teams which are going to be in knock out stage and from these teams Juventus has chance to be in quarter-final inter is going in front of Liverpool which is currently best team in Europe so it is very hard time for them.
 
In Europa League Napoli is going against Barcelona which is struggling but still some better from Napoli as they are also having poor result in last few matches with Lazio is also having very hard time and Atlanta is better hopefully they will do good in this round for having some better result.

I think the main failure of the Italian championship did not occur in recent years, but during that period of the match-fixing scandal. Since then, Serie A has never regained its former glory (although Mourinho did a good job with Inter at one time).
At the moment I think that Napoli> Barcelona, they have time to get out of the crisis, but does Barcelona have the resource? I doubt.

If you look at AC Milan journey in the Italian League last season, of course you will understand that consistency is the main reason for AC Milan and other teams to slump after reaching the middle of the season and ahead of the second leg of the competition, from a few seasons ago, I often saw the leaders of the standings who were quite tough at the beginning of the season experiencing inconsistencies in their game towards the middle of the season, and in the end they got out of the race for the Scudetto due to various problems that occurred within the club, especially player injury problems as experienced by AC Milan last season .
