New season is coming and I'm very excited. Because finally there have been a big competition in this league for two seasons. We have witnessed Inter and Milan becoming the champions consecutively. It is kinda great that Juventus' dominance has ended for now. This has made the league much more attracting. For new season it is really hard to make a prediction about the champion now for example. We will see what teams are going to make the best starts.

Here in Romania , as Latins , we watch both Serie A and LaLiga much more than Premier League or Ligue 1 of France so yea , I think it depends geographically where people are watching certain leagues more than one but if we made an overall , then you're right , Serie A is 4th right now as EU leagues. However, I do remember well in years of 2000 that Serie A was 1st for so many years and with what we are seeing right now , I must say that Serie A is growing from year to year. The problem is that , Italians teams don't perform good in UCL even if Roma won the Conference league.

If they hadn't dropped points against a weaker side, the Serie A champions would have been Inter Milan. Thus the performance of almost every team in Serie A is unpredictable. Often favorite teams lose points against weaker teams. I have lost many bets because of this.

This morning I saw the news that Pogba will meet with professor Sonnerri Cottet in Lyon today to decide whether to have surgery or not, but I don't see any continuation of this news yet. The club that won the scudetto last season was AC Milan due to their long run winning games. It was really a difficult season for the the Rossoneri but they pushed hard and were consistent which actually made them been crowned the champions of the Seria A. However their rival, Inter Milan would have won the scudetto back to back but they failed to win games especially against small clubs which were no match for them. This season is going on be different but the ultimate champions, Juventus have gotten back to their heel and will be really active in the competition for the scudetto.

José Mourinho is the coach of Roma. Obviously, he’s going to know better about the team. But I think it was important for him to bring in a few more players in this transfer market.
