Juventus will face a team that just promoted to Serie A and is weaker than them. Even their odds are way better. Unless Juve want to ruin their reputation another time, then their victory is pretty sure.
What makes me a little bit nervous about the first rounds of every league, is the random results we see each season. In Serie A, all matches ended with a draw except the ones including Lazio and Verona. Even Inter, Roma and Milan ended their games with a draw!

Juventus and Como will be the last Serie A match this week, even though the two teams have a very high class difference it is not appropriate for Juventus to underestimate Como in the the match, so far Juventus have has negative results in their pre-season matches and this indicates that Motta is still have not yet found the right team framework for Juventus at this time, apart from that the incomplete squad that Juventus has after the total overhaul carried out by Motta this season course means that they still have weaknesses which might be able to be exploited well by Como in match later, Como which this season first time to promotion to Serie A has also brought many stars to their squad and of course the arrival of many experienced players will have a positive effect on como in the match, Juventus is indeed a strong team in Serie A, but I think Como has a big chance of surprising their in the match, remember that Como ambition to stay in Serie A is very big this season, so it is very likely that we will see a fierce match with a close score in the match.

Yeah, this is our first game against Como, but the saddest part is that if this match is happening on monday.  And this is the squad list of Juventus against Como.



In my opinion, this has to be the weakest Juve squad in years, and it's lack of depth. Anyway, I think Motta put Douglaz in midfield. It's hard to think about Juventus's forwards because they have very few to play.

Also, it sounds impossible for us to make 5 subs with this squad depth. Our forwards look so weak in this squad. And it's doubting me if Juventus can win with an easy game against Como.

The worst and most embarrassing club is indeed Napoli. This is Conte's debut, but the defeat was 0-3 from Verona, it was very embarrassing.

Something that was feared had happened, Napoli were slaughtered 3-0 without reply by a mediocre club, because Conte did not get the budget to build the squad he wanted. The defeat was certainly very embarrassing, tarnished Conte reputation in Serie A, and indicated that Napoli had not fully recovered. Who is to blame when in a situation like this, Napoli management certainly deserves criticism for their attitude of being too slow to complete the Osimhen transfer, because everyone knows that they rely on the profit from the sale of Osimhen to be able to move in the transfer market.

It seems that Conte must work around the situation by maximizing the available players, without having to hope for new recruits that they can bring in. Napoli did gave a disappointing start especially if we put to consideration so much all the expectations that have been kept in mind for them much long before now, the race title this season is very likely going to take a very different shape from the regular if we look at the recent happenings around the first games of the season, even inter may have some challenges along the way and for Juventus, tho they have given an unseeming start but it still doesn't look convincing to me because they didn't do much during the transfer before the season and their performance aswell isn't showing like one with much improvement for which we should be looking forward to something ahead.

Napoli is overrated because they recruited Conte as their new coach, those high expectations are very wrong in my opinion because it is not easy for Conte to improve the performance of a team that has slumped.
3-0 defeat is very embarrassing in my opinion.

And I highlight Napoli's front line, without Osimhen it looks like the front line is not playing optimally even though they made several dangerous attacks but none of their front players are able to carry out the objective to convert into goals, that is a deficiency that Conte must immediately resolve in my opinion and the Osimhen transfer drama must also be resolved immediately and Napoli must recruit a new striker if they are indeed no longer able to maintain Osimhen.

This defeat showed that Napoli will be below expectations this year because they conceded three goals and could not score. What does this show us? Napoli are weak in attack and weak in defense. I don't really know what's wrong with this team but their defeat was a really disappointing one and who would have taught that the same team who won their league few years would be struggling like this and they have fucked up with the personal rating of the striker osimien because a team with poor performance will reduce the effort of even the best player because football is a team sports and with all that have transpired with osimien and Napoli selling him off now that the value is still big won't be a bad idea at all.

Napoli didn't play that bad, it's just that Verona had a terrific realization of dangerous chances, in fact Verona had 3 counter attacks in the whole match and all of them ended in goals for Napoli. But statistically Napoli played much stronger, because in the first half the score on shots on goal was 8:0 in favor of Napoli, but Napoli were not able to score.
Conte's debut at Napoli was not the best, although again Napoli's game was quite interesting and were unlucky with the realization of chances.
Conte is an experienced coach, but his character is not the easiest and therefore it would be better for Napoli to start winning from the first rounds, so that the pressure on Conte does not grow with each match.

Yeah, and I'm very disappointed 'cause we missed our victory  caused by a minor mistake from Bisseck. This is the moment when we lost our three points from Genoa, and also it makes my bet collapse.



If Bisseck just let the ball pass him, it wouldn't be a goal for Genoa. Someone was still behind him. Hard work from Thuram scored two goals became meaningless caused by him. Very disappointed when Genoa gets a penalty. And last, overall, Inter Milan's performance is not bad. But, we have a loophole in our midfield.

It is a bad personal mistake that costs 2 points for Inter Milan but it already happened and Inter Milan as well as Bisseck must move forward and learn from this mistake then avoid similar accident in future.

Serie A 2024 - 2025 only begins and there are many matches left for them to defend their Scudetto. In a first match of season, Marcus Thuram scored two goals that can give him more confidence and has a more goal productive season than the past one. If Marcus Thuram can maintain such excellent goal productive performance, Inter Milan will have very powerful dual attacking players, Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram.

It's not bad even if you lose points as the best team in the whole Serie A. Inter Milan had a good performance and they won the last season in this league while they even had had good performance in the two years ago. I think Inter Milan's performance is strong enough to earn more points and get themself to the top side of the table like they did in the last season and losing two points won't be a lot for this team yet.
However, I think the main reason for Inter Milan to lose points was the mistake of the defenders, not the whole team.

What a match! Genoa team performed well today. I'm sure most gamblers bet Inter Milan to win this match. Because the Inter Milan team is very strong, and this team is the most favorite to win the title. So no one thought that the Inter Milan team would fail to get full points in the first match.

The match is already in injury time and Atalanta is still leading with four goals. An interesting match with a result I didn't even expect Will Napoli now repeat the same result as last season where they won't be part of a club that can compete for the Scudetto.
Verona's 3 goals really showed that even though they had a lot of possession and chances and dominated almost 90 minutes of the match, in the end it could not be used as an advantage because their defense was quite vulnerable and weak especially when the opponent's quick counterattacks.

Conte must make the situation better now because after all with the current condition of course Napoli is not okay. On the other hand, I also didn't see Osimhen in the squad they brought in today's match, is there really going to be new news that he will really leave Napoli when the transfer window closes soon?

I have been discuss about this before and if Napoli want win from this match they should have good striker similar to Osimhen and it just happend today that although Napoli is really dominate the match but they were not able to broke the defensive lines of Verona but for Verona even with only 33% ball possessions they can scores 3 goals without conceded and these records is proven Verona is playing very effective and they didn't wasting the opportunities to scores

I know this is only opening match so we shouldn't be over reacted to this result because the league even has just begin and there is still much time for Conte to evaluate this result but indeed i can see it that Napoli without Osimhen can't do much and this is big problem for them because Napoli should be buy at least 1 world class striker immediatelly before transfer window closed

Consciously or not, in the end Osimhen's presence at Napoli always gives great hope, especially for the problem of scoring goals and in this match it is evident that when Osimhen is not at Napoli then indirectly they are a little confused for the problem of finishing which makes the opportunities created become wasted.

Genoa's performance in this match impressed me. We didn't expect such a great performance from the Genoa players. Perhaps even the Inter Milan team did not expect that the Genoa players would be able to perform so well. We all expected Inter Milan to dominate the match. And with a win, Inter Milan will start this season. But Inter Milan failed to win the first match.

Seria A is precisely tough after watching the numerous draw ties on the first matchday. This is complex for most of these outstanding clubs and we just have to keep watching the amazing performance from elite and average clubs. Looks like the newly promoted side will be relegated this season because they can't comprehend the pressure from Juventus. They're suppose to be in a position to absorb all pressure from elite club because this is their first game.

Only Atalanta and Juventus win their matches among the top teams in the Seria A. Inter Milan, AC Milan, and others all played draw in their Seria A respective opening matches. Kudos to Atalanta, they have seat comfortably won the Seria A table because they scored three goals same as Hellas Verona which is why they are in the first and second in the Seria A table.

You were almost close to prediction of the match but it ended 3:0 in favour of Juventus, Como was just unfortunate to meet a strong side like Juventus just in their first game of the season after they gain promotion to the Serie A. It was just a simple game for Juventus to win without much labour.

Like the game really got everyone by surprise because it was almost concluded that Inter Milan has won already only for that late equalizer by Genoa's Junior Messias and with all honesty Genoa really tried to hold Inter Milan to a draw because even before the match started everyone was just tipping Inter as the winner between the both teams only for Genoa to disappoint them and shared a point. Even when Inter Milan dominated the game but Genoa was just so determined to get a point and they got it at last.

It was Inter's first game and they couldn't hold on to their lead until it became 2-2, it shows that they need to do more than what they did in their first game, they can redeem themselves in their next game, and they might struggle to even get back to that form they were last season. Is like a curse on any team that wins the league title they'll become terrible the next season, the likes of Napoli, Inter when they won it, I think Ac Milan too but Juventus has been the only team to stay strong after winning it from 2015-2020 (correct me if I'm wrong), since then they haven't been themselves I mean Juventus. But Inter can still come back to winning way that's if they start early to perform well.

Yes, they have definitely performed well in the new match of the new season. In this case, Juventus played a very good role in today's match. The counter-attacking Como team had no chance to attack, with Juventus standing as the strongest team to attack. The goalkeeper and defenders of the Juventus team were very defensive, from the beginning they were able to easily resist the attacks.
