Nothing much change during the second. Roma maintained their dominance and Malen double the score to sealed their victory with a two goals to nil. I wondered why Roma hasn't been playing with this intensity all this while. I'm confident that Roma can get into the top four if they should continue playing this way until the end of the season. Their forward was very active yesterday and the defence was strong too.

What great performances from Roma against Cagliari, this show that Roma are willing to perform well in the Serie A in order for them to move to the 3rd place in the table. Because with the intensity they use yesterday against Cagliari if they can keep not hope in their further matches, they will have chances of winning the league this season.

Can we conclude now that Roma has finally found what it needed? I mean a striker who can dribble, assist and also score goals? Malen is a beast in front of goal but I will reserve my comment until they play Naples.

Anyone who witch Roma last match can definitely knows that they’ve got what they needed, they’ve fund solutions for what is stopping them for winning most of their matches all this while; and even their nexts match which is against Napoli I’m confident they will try all their possible best to win the match.

This Coppa Italia is so interesting perhaps more than the league, seeing the way Como are playing you’ll know that they want to win Silverware and this might be the only one available for them, they are giving it their all. They’ve really impressed me tonight I hope this game favors them in the end.
Napoli has not been Napoli, but they are doing well tonight making things difficult for Como and Fabregas. If Como eventually wins, they still more mountains to climb. What a story it’ll Mae if they eventually win the trophy.

I wanted to place a bet on napoli to win or draw then I noticed the odds, even with napoli having advantage the odds are still in  favour of Como to win the game, it is quite unbelievable that there would come a time that Como would be more favoured than napoli. Como have lost some matches but they have performed quite well, today's game is a little complicated to predict that's why I avoided it.

If you later changed your mind and played Napoli win or draw you should be checking your game now and be hoping for the game to end as it is 1:1 now with less than 15 minutes left to play. This is what I have been saying about the Como boys, they will always see the other big side as if they're on the same level without mind the pressure they get, they'll still fight back to get a win and now Napoli had a little taste of it and could not withstand the pressure of Como. It was an interesting game to see how they made Napoli to struggle till the end, they have lost so much energy due to players who are unavailable, if all these players were to be available it would have been a 50/50 battle but now Como stood tall at the end of this encounter.

I watched the match and i’m very disappointed with Napoli’s performance. As much as Como are a surprise, Napoli keep producing unpleasant surprises. The penalty shootout is a lottery, but still, the penalties should have been taken better. Vanja Milinkovic-Savic was close to every shot, but he was just a bit short and couldn’t save one more penalty. Lukaku, who had just returned from injury, should have taken his penalty better.All in all, congratulations to Fabregas and his team, even though they ruined my winning bet I’ll be supporting Como until the end now, since they knocked out my Napoli

Atalanta's decision bad for them and good for the rivals. It was like they don't have a plan to expanding beyond where they have gotten. After Atalanta won the Europa league in 2024 they haven't done anything spectacular, instead they have declined  and much more when they exited Gasperini, and beyond the possibilities they still let go the hattrick scorer that earned them the Europa trophy in 2024, Ademola Lookman. I wonder how they're really going to get back to their best form with all these.

Maybe Atalanta was lucky to be in that final. Though they earned it if we must judge. Ever since then, things have been shaken. The problem started with the previous coach, not wining games, having issues with players. Most importantly, the players that won the Europa League for them. After they got a new coach, the fans hoped things would change. Don't be deceived by the European trophy they won, that was their first time. Atalanta was never a decorated club before now, why are you expecting so much from them.

Roma are still not dropping from the race for top 4. It means a Champions League spot for them so Gasperini is doing his best with his current resources. He doesn't have a wonderful squad in his hands in the end.  

Just look at their productivity. Still not even 30 goals scored after 24 weeks passed in the league. That's awful! A manager like him deserves a better squad. Especially while he is competitive for top 4 even in this situation...

They obviously want to keep that chase going, right now they are technically fifth place but they have the same points as Juventus so it looks like there is a big chance that they can finish top four this season. Also they would make so much money that it would help them more than it helps Juventus.

Interestingly, even though Rome is the capital of Italy, Roma as a team isn't making as much money as Juventus and that is why it is not a bother for Juventus to miss UCL and they can still spend a lot whereas Roma doesn't make that much money, so it would help them a lot more. I can see that both Juventus and Roma will fight until the last weeks to get that last spot and may whoever be the better end up getting it.

I didn't think Serie A was a suitable league for Malen's playing style, but he's proving me wrong.

D Malen is indeed a great guy and showed his prowess in the last game against Cagliari, I am also aware this 3 points secured by them have also helped them gained same point with Juventus and any chance will make them overtake them. Como is also beneath struggling to make a statement and move above the ladder too making the league even more competitive and unpredictable when it comes to th mid-level teams. At the top level, Inter is already all the way up and they don’t look like a team which is ready to give up the top spot for any other club.

Como just keep making wonders and pushing their efforts forward and forward and backward never. I love the game and permutations coming from the Como side and they don’t seem to spare any club at this point as they are not even afraid of any team in the league regardless of their name. I think Bologna and Lazio are almost evenly matched, so both teams have an equal chance of advancing to the final.

And I'm very happy for Como's progress to the Coppa Italia final. I even hope they can win the Coppa Italia this season. I think Como is the most deserving team. The rapid development they've built this season makes it a worthy match for Como.

Como is definitely a team to follow closely, whatever the result, they always put in excellent performances, win or lose. Having a team that was very small and seeing them perform so well now seems absurd to me, but it's so beautiful and exciting that it can certainly make Italian football great.

Luckily you didn't lose to Cremonese, Atalanta played a good game, i liked one thing about Cremonese if i have to be honest, the tenacity and the belief until the last second even just to score the goal of pride.
Other teams wouldn't have pushed so hard into overtime.
Instead for Atalanta they practically scored in the first half and then stabilized, the second half was not nice to look at, a bore in short.

Currently, the difference between them is 8 points with 14 matches remaining this season. I think it is quite possible that a fierce competition will take place, especially since AC Milan still has one match left to play, giving them the opportunity to reduce the points gap.

I totally agree with you, Inter is truly the strongest club currently in Serie A and the one that can go further in the Champions League too. This is very important because without them there wouldn't be any other Italian teams, even though there are currently many in the running, but i don't know if they can make it.

Inter is indeed a great team in Serie A and we all have to agree on this, because the proof is that Inter is currently able to sit at the top of the Serie A standings quite well. But if we talk about the UCL, I personally am not too optimistic about Inter, because even though their performance is good in Serie A, but in the UCL Inter's performance is mediocre. Because currently Inter is not in the top 8 in the UCL and so they have to play in the playoffs to get a ticket to the round of 16.

So with this, I personally can conclude that Inter's good performance in Serie A is not that good in the UCL. So because of that, I personally am not too sure that Inter can advance far in the UCL. Because there they will face very strong opponents and very different from the opponents they often face in Serie A. So because of that, I think in the UCL Inter will not go too far. But in Serie A, it is very likely that Inter will become champions.

There is no end to Como that amazes most people with his performance, at a glance it looks like an ordinary team with a squad that is also quite ordinary but to be honest they have the ability to perform well their performance can't be underestimated by anyone and even make the top team troublesome against Como so I'm not surprised if Como managed to beat Napoli even with a penalty fight this shows that Como's defense is a little stronger in resisting penalty attacks than the top team. I believe with Como performance like this they have a chance to qualify for the UCL or UEL zone.
