So two of the potential title contenders, Borussia Dortmund and VfB Stuttgart with 0-0 draw against Werder Bremen and 3-3 draw against Mainz respectively.
This could be an early sign the the real fight for the championship will be between Bayer and Bayern.
Bayern is playing Freiburg at home, Freiburg finished in the middle of the table last season, so anything other than an easy win for Bayern will be a disappointment.
Leverkusen is playing against Lepzig right now. After half an hour, we have a goalless draw, but Leverkusen is dominating with shots on goals, so might find their way to the net eventually.

I personally can't be sure the competition will only be for Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen after the draws that happened for Dortmund and Stuttgart because anyway, from the beginning I personally only thought the competition for the Bundesliga trophy would be interesting. Because after all, Bayern Munich who are still in doubt due to Kompany's quality is also a doubt and also, Dortmund who managed some great players especially about Guirassy who might make Dortmund's attack line will be better. In the past two weeks, they ended up winning the supercup, then the league game and then the cup game, that seems like three out of three? I can understand the fact that it may have looked a little bit close, but even Real Madrid is having hard time getting wins and got two draws, it is not really that shocking that Leverkusen is getting wins but they are just close that's it. This is why I believe that we should not be looking at any of this all that crazily, we should consider this as normal.

The reality is that we should consider how to make money some other way, and because of that we should consider this to be a great situation without a doubt, we can make this work one way or another, it happens and it shouldn't be a big deal. Observing Stuttgart's performance recently in their last two matches played so far, I don't think they look like potential Bundesliga title contenders again. After 35 German Bundesliga games, Xabi Alonso's Bayer Leverkusen tested conceded their first defeat today against RB Leipzig and to think that it happened in their own home turf makes everything more embarrassing for the German champions. It seems this season isn't going to be as rosy as it was for Bayer Leverkusen last campaign but that I don't mean to say I'm writing them off in the race to win the league title this season.
